Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please be aware that due to covid disruption our delivery services may be experiencing delays – it might take longer than expected for your order to reach you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Domestic (ie within the UK) orders are shipped via Royal Mail at standard domestic rates.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bermuda, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates

If we don’t ship to your country please contact us at jack@jackrollinsfiction.com. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Standard and are charged at those rates.

When ordering from the EU, please note that the shipping charge displayed at checkout is inclusive of any applicable VAT and customs charges in your country. You should not be charged any additional sums on delivery. 

If you are ordering from territories outside the UK or EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jack Rollins Fiction is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jack@jackrollinsfiction.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at jack@jackrollinsfiction.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If your order still has not arrived more than 28 days after you received confirmation of shipping from us, again please email us as soon as possible at jack@jackrollinsfiction.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
